  1. Set oven to 450 degrees
  2. In a bowl
  3. Combine 3 / 4 cup sugar and 2 tbsp flour
  4. Add in the sour cream
  5. Egg
  6. Vanilla and salt
  7. Beat until smooth
  8. Fold in the chopped apples
  9. Mix thoroughly
  10. Pour into pie crust
  11. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes
  12. Reduce the temperature to 325
  13. And bake for 30 minutes more
  14. Remove from the oven
  15. In a small bowl
  16. Combine 1 / 3 cup sugar
  17. Cinnamon
  18. 1 / 3 cup flour and butter
  19. Mix thoroughly
  20. Sprinkle the mixture over the pie filling
  21. Return to oven
  22. Bake 20 more at 325 degrees
  23. Remove
  24. Let cool
