found this recipe in taste of home fall freezer meals. i have not tried it yet so the cook times are approximate. freezer instructions are included.

  1. Sprinkle chicken with pepper
  2. In a large skillet
  3. Brown chicken in oil on both sides
  4. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients
  5. Pour over chicken
  6. Cover and cook 7-10 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer reads 170
  7. Serve desired amount
  8. Cool leftovers
  9. Transfer to a freezer container and freeze for up to 3 months
  10. To use frozen chicken: thaw them in refrigerator overnight
  11. Cover and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes or until heated through
  12. Stirring once
