  1. Cook pasta according to package directions
  2. Drain and return to the pan
  3. Stir in alfredo sauce and sour cream
  4. Spoon half into a lightly greased 3-qt
  5. Baking dish
  6. Combine the eggs
  7. Ricotta cheese
  8. 1 / 4 cup parmesan cheese
  9. Romano cheese and parsley
  10. Spread over pasta
  11. Top with remaining pasta mixture
  12. Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining parmesan
  13. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
  14. Uncover
  15. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until bubbly
  16. Serve with tossed salad and buttered italian bread
