  1. Melt butter in large skillet
  2. Brown steaks quickly on both sides
  3. Remove
  4. Set aside
  5. Reduce heat
  6. Add gravy
  7. Half-and-half and mustard to skillet
  8. Heat

  11. Return steaks to pan with gravy
  12. Turn heat down
  13. Cover and let simmer about 30 minutes
