  1. Melt butter in large skillet
  2. Brown steaks quickly on both sides
  3. Remove
  4. Set aside
  5. Reduce heat
  6. Add gravy
  7. Half-and-half and mustard to skillet
  8. Heat
  9. Stirring
  10. Till bubbly
  11. Return steaks to pan with gravy
  12. Turn heat down
  13. Cover and let simmer about 30 minutes
  14. Or until done
  15. Sprinkle fresh parsley over steaks just before eating
