Steps

  1. Place pork between 2 layers of plastic wrap and pound to 1 / 4 inch thickness
  2. Combine mustard
  3. Sugar
  4. Cider vinegar
  5. And crushed red pepper in a small bowl
  6. And rub on both sides of the pork
  7. Let sit for 15 minutes
  8. Heat a large skillet to medium high heat
  9. And coat with cooking spray
  10. Add pork and cook for 4 minutes on one side
  11. Turn over and spoon reserved mustard mixture over pork
  12. Ook for for 2 minutes or until done
  13. Add water
  14. Stirring slightly until thickened
  15. Turn pork to coat and place on a serving platter
  16. Pour juices over pork
