Steps

  1. Whisk together the olive oil
  2. Soy sauce
  3. Garlic
  4. Mustard
  5. Salt
  6. And pepper in a bowl
  7. Place the pork loin in a large resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade
  8. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before cooking
  9. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees f
  10. Transfer the pork loin to a baking dish
  11. Pour marinade over the pork
  12. Cook in the preheated oven until the pork is no longer pink in the center
  13. 45 to 60 minutes
  14. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees f
