  1. Grease or spray a 13"x9"x2" baking dish
  2. Pour rice in bottom of dish and shake dish
  3. Until evenly distributed
  4. Sprinkle dried onions
  5. Mushrooms & pepper over rice
  6. Boil water
  7. Add the soy sauce and pour over rice
  8. With a rubber spatula
  9. Spread mustard on both sides of a pork chop
  10. Arranging chops on top of rice
  11. Sprinkle bread crumbs on tops of chops
  12. Bake
  13. Uncovered
  14. At 350 for 40-45 minutes
  15. Enjoy !
