love all 3 of these things so i want to give it a go. the recipe does not incude time to bake potatoes.

  1. Chop the onion
  2. Peel and grate the carrot and slice the mushrooms
  3. Halving them across the other way first if they are large
  4. Saute the vegetables in the water or stock
  5. In a large frying pan
  6. Until most of the liquid is gone and the vegetables are soft
  7. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl
  8. Adding a bit of water if you wish and add to the vegetables in the pan
  9. Mix well and cook
  10. Stirring
  11. Over low heat for about a minute until thickened
  12. Pour over hot
  13. Split baked potatoes
  14. Serve with a crisp green salad on the side
