dijon honey mustard roasted potatoes


i got bored with the stock-in-trade baked or mashed potatoes and decided to experiment and came up with this. i think this might also work as a cold potato salad.

  1. Place potatoes in a bowl
  2. Mix the garlic
  3. Mustard
  4. And honey together and pour over potatoes and stir to coat put into a shallow baking dish and bake at 400 f until fork tender
