a warm, hearty, and healthy soup ready in a little over an hour. i use low-sodium broth and turkey ham.

  1. In a large pot
  2. Combine all ingredients except dijon mustard
  3. Heat to a boil over medium-high heat
  4. Reduce heat
  5. Simmer uncovered for 1 hour
  6. Stir in mustard and serve hot
