Steps

  1. In a covered medium saucepan
  2. Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender-crisp
  3. Drain
  4. Remove from pan
  5. Keep warm
  6. In same saucepan
  7. Over medium heat
  8. Melt butter
  9. Stir in brown sugar and mustard until combined
  10. Stir in carrots
  11. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until carrots are glazed
  12. Sprinkle with parsley
