dijon cilantro tuna sandwiches


thought this sounded like a different alternative to my regular tuna sandwich. recipe source: bon appetit (april, 2009)

  1. In a bowl mix first 4 ingredients
  2. Stir in tuna
  3. Stir in veggies
  4. Cover and chill for 30 minutes
  5. Spoon 1 / 2 cup tuna on 6 toasted bread slices
  6. Top with tomatoe slices and lettuce and the rest of the bread slices
  7. Cut sandwiches in half
  8. If desired
