  1. Combine bread crumbs
  2. Cheese
  3. And spices in a bowl
  4. Brush both sides of chicken pieces with mustard
  5. Dredge through bread crumb mixture
  6. Heat oil and margarine in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until melted
  7. Saute chicken 6-8 minutes on each side
  8. Until done
