  4. Mix mustard
  5. Wine
  6. And water in small bowl until smooth
  7. Pour over vegetables and chicken
  8. Combine remaining ingredients
  9. Except salt and pepper
  10. Sprinkle evenly over entire dish
  11. Bake
  12. Covered
  13. At 350 degrees 20 minutes
  14. Uncover and bake until rice and chicken are tender and liquid is absorbed
  15. About 25 minutes longer
  16. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper
