  1. Place a large pot of water on to boil
  2. Add the pasta and cook about 12 minutes until al dente or per instructions on the package
  3. Drain
  4. While the pasta is cooking
  5. Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan over moderately high heat
  6. Season the chicken with salt and pepper then add to the pan
  7. Saute the chicken until golden on both sides
  8. About 6 minutes
  9. Lower the heat and add the onions
  10. Cook until the onions are translucent
  11. About 5 minutes
  12. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute more
  13. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside
  14. Turn the heat to medium
  15. Add the wine and reduce until it is almost completely evaporated
  16. Add the chicken stock and reduce by half
  17. Add the mustard and low-fat sour cream and stir until the sauce is creamy
  18. Add the chicken and cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until well coated
  19. Sprinkle with fresh basil
