Steps

  1. To make this a oamc recipe
  2. Place chicken into a gallon freezer bag
  3. Stir together mustard
  4. Lemon juice
  5. Pepper and garlic
  6. Pour mixture into freezer bag with chicken
  7. Remove as much air as possible
  8. Squeeze chicken and dijon sauce until chicken is evenly coated
  9. Seal
  10. Label
  11. And freeze
  12. If preparing to serve right away
  13. Marinade several hours in fridge
  14. Then follow directions below
  15. Thaw
  16. Pour out marinade and discard
  17. Arrange chicken in a single layer in desired dish
  18. Bake at 375 uncovered for 25 minutes
  19. Or until cooked
  20. This dish can also be cooked in the microwave:
  21. Place chicken
  22. Thicker pieces towards outside
  23. In baking dish
  24. Cover with wax paper and cook on high 3-4 minutes
  25. Give dish a 1 / 2 turn
  26. Recover
  27. And cook on high 3-4 more minutes
  28. Or until chicken is done
