dijon cheesesteak hoagies


these are great hoagies that i really enjoy making in the summer when you want something hot and good, but don't want to heat up the whole house!!

  • Carbohydrates: 659.3

  1. In saucepan
  2. Combine velveeta
  3. Milk and mustard
  4. Stir over low heat til smooth
  5. Saute green onions in butter in frying pan for 1 minute
  6. Add meat and mix lightly til heated through
  7. Top / fill toasted hoagie rolls with meat mixture
  8. Top with cheese sauce
  9. Top with shredded lettuce and tomato if desired

  12. Sprinkle with additional sliced green onions if desired
  13. Place on top of roll if split
  14. Slice in half on the bias if desired
