  1. Generously spread the dijon mustard over inside of pie crust
  2. Pour in the bag of cheese
  3. Arrange the tomatoes on top of cheese in a circular pattern
  4. Sprinkle with the seasonings
  5. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes
  6. The outside of the crust should be brown
  7. Let stand 10 minutes !
  8. Hint
  9. Slice through the tomatoes before baking in the number of slices you would like for the pie
