dijon and wild rice chicken burgers


from the betty crocker "new chicken" cookbook. haven't tried these yet, but they sound delicious!

  1. Heat coals or gas grill
  2. Prepare dilled dijon sauce by combining first three ingredients
  3. Cover and refrigerate until time to serve
  4. Mix remaining ingredients and shape into 6 patties
  5. Grill patties uncovered
  6. 4 to 6 inches from heat for 14 to 16 minutes
  7. Turn once and grill until no longer pink in the middle
  8. Serve burgers on buns with dilled dijon sauce
