dijon parmesan crusted halibut


i cobbled this together from other recipes i liked and wanted to write it down so i had an option of making it again!

  • Carbohydrates: 300.1

  1. Wash and pat dry the halibut filets
  2. Mix 1 / 4 c light mayo
  3. 1 tbl dijon
  4. 1 tbl lemon juice
  5. 1 / 4 c breadcrumbs and 1
  6. 5 tbl parm
  7. Spray olive oil in a 9x13 pan bottom
  8. "place halibut filets into the pan"
  9. "spread mayo / dijon mixture on the top of the filets"
  10. Melt the butter in a small bowl
  11. Mix in the balance of the bread crumbs and the parm
  12. Garlic and parsley into melted butter
  13. I bet you could easily get by on 2 tbl butter
  14. Put the breadcrumb / herb / butter mixture on top of the fish - for an extra crispy topping
  15. Bake the fish at 350 degrees for about 12 - 14 minutes
  16. Then put oven on broil for a couple of minutes until the top is nicely brown
