  1. Peel eggs and halve lengthwise
  2. Place yolks in a mixing bowl and set whites aside
  3. Mash yolks with the cream cheese
  4. Then add the relish and the dry mustard
  5. Substitute 2 tsp prepared yellow mustard if dry mustard powder is not available
  6. Stir well
  7. Taste filling and add salt and pepper to taste
  8. Fill whites
  9. Either with a teaspoon or get fancy and use a pastry bag with a star
  10. Traditional garnish is a sprinkling of paprika
