this is one of my kids real favourites. i'll often throw in more apricots and almonds than the recipe calls for. this is a large loaf and can be reduced in size by multiplying all ingredients by 2/3 and reducing the cooking time by 10 minutes.

this is an adopted recipe that i've not yet had the chance to try, though i think it looks wonderful. reviews by anyone who tries it, especially before i do, will be appreciated. prep time includes 24 hr chilling time.
we love bbq ribs, especially homemade. i took a copycat recipe and made some changes that gives the sauce a sweet tangy flavor. i always make extra sauce so i can keep pouring over the ribs as they are roasting.
