  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mist muffin tin with cooking spray
  3. In large bowl - mix first 5 ingredients
  4. In small bowl - mix last 4 ingredients
  5. Add wet to dry and stir to moisten
  6. Fill 12 muffin cups almost full
  7. Bake 18 to 20 minutes
  8. Cool 5 minutes on wire racks before
  9. Removing from pan
