  1. Preheat oven to 350f
  2. Coat 8-inch-square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
  3. Mix granulated splenda
  4. Cocoa and coffee granules in small bowl
  5. Place bread cubes in prepared baking dish
  6. Beat evaporated milk
  7. Eggs and vanilla extract in medium bowl until well blended
  8. Stir in splenda mixture
  9. Pour over bread
  10. Pressing bread into milk mixture
  11. Place dish in 13 x 9-inch baking dish
  12. Fill 13 x 9-inch dish with warm water to 1-inch depth
  13. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set
  14. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar
  15. Garnish each serving with whipped topping
  16. Berries and / or mint leaves
