  1. Saute prosciutto in oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until crisp
  2. 3-4 minutes
  3. Add onion and bell pepper
  4. Saute 5 minutes
  5. Stir in tomato paste and garlic
  6. Cook 2 minutes
  7. Deglaze with wine
  8. Reduce until nearly evaporated
  9. Add remaining ingredients
  10. Bring to a boil and simmer 8-10 minutes
  11. Season with salt and keep warm until ready to serve
