this is a delicious way to enjoy broccoli. i hope you enjoy it!

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain
  2. Combine cottage cheese
  3. Eggs
  4. 2 tablespoons butter and flour in blender or mixing bowl
  5. Blend or beat until cottage cheese mixture is smooth and creamy
  6. Fold in broccoli
  7. Onion
  8. Corn
  9. Cheddar cheese
  10. Salt
  11. Pepper
  12. And a couple of drops of hot pepper sauce
  13. Pour cottage cheese mixture into a greased
  14. Deep casserole
  15. Make soft bread crumbs by tearing 1 slice of white bread into blender container and blending on low speed until soft crumbs are formed
  16. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in skillet
  17. Add soft bread crumbs and saute until golden brown
  18. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs and bacon over cottage cheese mixture
  19. Bake at 350f 1 hour
  20. Or until mixture is set
  21. Enjoy !
