Steps

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. Beat eggs and add milk in a shallow dish
  3. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat
  4. Cut pheasant breasts into 3 x 3 / 4 inch strips
  5. Dip into egg and milk mixture
  6. Then into flour mixture
  7. Put pheasant pieces into hot oil and cook until golden brown
  8. About 3 minutes on both sides
  9. Drain on paper towels
  10. Serve !
