  1. Crumble ground beef into hot 3-4 qt dutch oven or suitable pot over medium high heat
  2. When browned

  5. And garlic
  6. Cook until onion is translucent
  7. Add beans
  8. Chiles
  9. Tomatoes and spices
  10. Return to boil and reduce heat to simmer
  11. Simmer 20 minutes to blend flavors
  12. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed
