this recipe is used with beef casserole base #48835 (recipe posted). it's really delicious and once the beef base is done it is so quick and easy to prepare.

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add garlic
  3. Cook one minute
  4. Add undrained chopped tomatoes
  5. Sauce
  6. Cream
  7. Brandy and parsley
  8. Simmer for 8 minutes until sauce is thickened
  9. Add beef base and simmer another 10 minutes
  10. Serve
  11. Goes well with pasta or mashed potaotoes or vegetables
