  1. Peel potatoes and slice into medium sized chunks place in a pot and cover with water
  2. Boil potatoes in a pot till almost done
  3. 30 minutes
  4. Drain potatoes
  5. Slice sausage link into approx 1 / 2-inch slices
  6. Slice onion into 1 / 4-inch thick slices
  7. Place onion
  8. Polish sausage
  9. Worcestershire and oil in a medium sized skillet over medium heat
  10. Cook approx 7 minutes repositioning as they cook
  11. Add drained potatoes and 1 cup of water to the skillet
  12. Simmer for 20 minutes
