  1. Blend flours
  2. Baking powder
  3. And sugar substitute in bowl
  4. Mix in egg
  5. Water
  6. And melted margarine
  7. Let batter stand for 10 minutes
  8. Melt 1 teaspoon margarine in a 10-in nonstick skillet over medium heat
  9. Drop batter by the tablespoonful onto hot skillet
  10. Allow pancakes to cook until bubbles form around the pancakes
  11. Thin remaining batter with additional water if necessary
  12. Turn pancakes over with a spatula
  13. Continue cooking until pancakes are done
  14. Place on heated dish and continue cooking until all the pancakes have been prepared
