  1. In a small bowl
  2. Combine the garlic
  3. Rosemary
  4. Olive oil
  5. And vinegar
  6. Mix well
  7. Using a pastry brush
  8. Cover both sides of the portobello mushrooms with the mixture
  9. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
  10. Preheat the grill or oven broiler
  11. Grill the mushrooms on low heat
  12. Or place them on a rack that is low in the oven
  13. Cook each side of the portobello for 5 minutes
  14. Serve immediately
