  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees f
  2. Wash chicken very well in warm water
  3. Set chicken pieces on several thicknesses of paper towel to dry
  4. Wash your hands with very warm soapy water after handling the chicken
  5. Place chicken breasts on plastic cutting board
  6. And cut each piece into 1 inch squares
  7. Beat egg white until stiff
  8. Fold in the rest of the ingredients with a fork
  9. Have ready
  10. A heavy silver stone- type cooking sheet
  11. With your fingers
  12. Dip or roll each chicken piece in dip and place directly onto cookie sheet
  13. Leave a little space between chicken pieces
  14. Bake 20 minutes or until crispy and golden
  15. Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving
