Steps

  1. Boil sweet potato whole in skin for 40 to 50 minutes
  2. Or until done
  3. Run cold water over the sweet potato
  4. And remove the skin
  5. Break apart sweet potato in a bowl
  6. Add margarine
  7. And mix well with mixer
  8. Stir in splenda
  9. Milk
  10. Eggs
  11. Nutmeg
  12. Cinnamon and vanilla
  13. Beat on medium speed until mixture is smooth
  14. Pour filling into an unbaked pie crust
  15. Bake at 350 degrees f for 55 to 60 minutes
  16. Or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
  17. Pie will puff up like a souffle
  18. And then will sink down as it cools
