diabetic sunrise fruit drink


i hit the crystal light website for recipes using the sunrise classic orange drink. i had picked up several tubs at the salvage store and i love it plain. but i wanted something a bit more special. this one was great and i can serve it to guests.

  1. Stir together the crystal light and water in a large pitcher
  2. Add the cranberry juice and pineapple juice
  3. Stir well
  4. Refrigerate
  5. Serve over ice
