  1. Soften gelatin in cold water
  2. In a heavy saucepan bring strawberries and juice to a boil
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until soft
  4. Add softened gelatin and stir til completely dissolved
  5. Cool
  6. Stir in artificial sweetener
  7. Chill before serving
