here is another recipe that i have made for my aunt. this is great for a main dish for diabetic people.

  1. Combine cream cheese
  2. Onion
  3. Chicken
  4. Sour cream and dill in medium bowl
  5. Mix until blended
  6. Spread 1 / 4 cup filling on each tortilla
  7. Place spinach leaves on top
  8. Leaving about 1 / 2 inch border
  9. Roll tortllas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap
  10. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving
  11. Slice and serve with nonfat ranch dip or salsa
