  1. Place raspberry jam in microwave for 60 seconds to liquify
  2. Add in the raspberry vinegar
  3. Set aside
  4. Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and fry the pork chops until done
  5. Remove from pan and place on serving dish
  6. Pour raspberry sauce over pork chops and serve
