  1. In heavy saucepan
  2. Melt chocolate and half and half
  3. Stir in peanut butter
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Add vanilla and artificial sweetener
  6. Fold peanuts into fudge
  7. Spread on a greased plate
  8. Chill
  9. Cut into pieces
