  1. Preheat oven to 350 f
  2. In a large bowl
  3. Beat margarine and peanut butter with an electric mixer until creamy
  4. Approximately 1 minute
  5. Add egg substitute
  6. Honey and vanilla
  7. Beat on high speed for approximately 1 minutes
  8. Add splenda and beat on medium speed until well blended
  9. Approximately 30 seconds
  10. In small bowl
  11. Combine flour
  12. Baking soda and salt
  13. Slowly add flour mixture to peanut butter mixture
  14. Beating on low speed until well blended
  15. About 1 minutes
  16. Roll level teaspoons of dough into balls and drop onto a lined sheet pan
  17. About 2" apart
  18. Flatten each ball with a fork
  19. Pressing a crisscross pattern into each cookie
  20. Bake 7-9 minutes or until light brown around the edges
  21. Cool on wire rack
