  1. Mix 2 cups milk
  2. Cornstarch
  3. And equal in a small saucepan
  4. Heat to boiling
  5. Boil for 1 minute
  6. Stirring constantly
  7. Mix about half of the milk mixture into eggs
  8. Return egg mixture to remaining milk in saucepan
  9. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened
  10. Stirring constantly
  11. Remove from heat
  12. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon
  13. Cool to room temperature
  14. Refrigerate until chilled
  15. Stir 2 cups chilled milk into custard mixture
  16. Serve in small glasses
  17. Sprinkle with nutmeg
  18. Cook time does not include chill time
  19. Makes 8 4oz
