  1. Preheat the oven to 400f
  2. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray
  3. Combine the lemon juice
  4. Scallions
  5. Garlic
  6. Rosemary
  7. And pepper in a shallow dish
  8. Dip each pork chop into the mixture to coat completely then place in the baking dish
  9. Lightly coat the chops with cooking spray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes
  10. Or until desired doneness
