  1. Soften gelatin in 1 / 4 cup grape juice
  2. In a heavy saucepan
  3. Bring remaining juice
  4. Orange rind and spices to a boil
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until approximately 1 cup of grape juice has evaporated
  6. Strain
  7. Stir in softened gelatin
  8. Remove from heat and cool slightly
  9. Stir in artificial sweetener
  10. Serve chilled
