  1. Preheat oven to 425f
  2. In a large bowl
  3. Combine the ground turkey
  4. Garlic
  5. Onion
  6. Cup parsley
  7. Egg substitute
  8. Bread crumbs
  9. Evaporated skim milk
  10. Thyme
  11. Paprika
  12. Cumin
  13. Salt
  14. And pepper
  15. Mix well and form into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter
  16. Place meatballs on rimmed nonstick baking sheets and bake for 15 minutes
  17. Until nicely browned
  18. Using a slotted spoon
  19. Transfer meatballs to a large platter and set aside
  20. ---to make the garlic sauce---
  21. Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat
  22. Add the garlic and onion and cook
  23. Stirring occasionally
  24. Until the onion is soft but not browned
  25. Stir in the tomatoes
  26. Broth
  27. And sherry
  28. Bring to a boil
  29. Add the meatballs to the skillet
  30. Reduce heat to simmer and continue to cook until meatballs are cooked through
  31. About 8 to 10 minutes
  32. Occasionally spooning the sauce over the meatballs
  33. Transfer the meatballs and sauce to a large serving platter and sprinkle with parsley and almonds
  34. Serve with toothpicks for spearing the meatballs
