Steps

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl
  2. Add blueberries
  3. And toss to coat
  4. Make a well in center of flour mixture
  5. Combine milk and next 5 ingredients
  6. Add to flour mixture
  7. Stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened
  8. Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray
  9. Filling two-thirds full
  10. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden
  11. Remove muffins from pans immediately
  12. And cool on wire racks
