  1. Combine batter ingredients in blender or food processor
  2. Mix until smooth
  3. Let rest 30 minutes
  4. For filling
  5. Melt margarine in 10-inch ovenproof skillet
  6. Add apple slices and cinnamon
  7. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes
  8. Stirring constantly
  9. Pour batter over apple
  10. Place in a preheated 425 oven and bake for 15 minutes
  11. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 15 minutes more
  12. Remove from oven
  13. Blend glaze ingredients and drizzle over top of pancake
  14. Cut into four wedges
