i love custard and this is pretty good. again, it's been adapted to make sure there's no additives or modified food starch in it.

  • Carbohydrates: 99.3
  • Fats: 8.0
  • Dietary Fiber: 25.0
  • Minerals: 3.0
  • Proteins: 11.0
  • Vitamins: 13.0
  • Water: 2.0


  1. Stir eggs and sweetener into flour
  2. Set aside
  3. Heat milk but do not boil
  4. Pour hot milk into egg mixture
  5. Stir to mix and return to medium heat
  6. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon until mixture thickens
  7. Remove from heat
  8. Stir in vanilla
  9. This completes the custard
  10. Leave plain for vanilla ice cream or stir in 3 cups mashed fruit of your choice
  11. "pour custard into ice cream maker canister and follow manufacturers instructions for making the ice cream"
