  1. Preheat oven to 350f gas mark 4
  2. Coat a 9-inch baking dish
  3. Pie plate or quiche dish with cooking spray and set aside
  4. In a large bowl
  5. Combine all ingredients except the whipped topping
  6. Using an electric mixer or whisk
  7. Mix for about 1 minute
  8. Pour into prepared baking dish
  9. Bake for about 50 minutes until puffed and set
  10. Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve
  11. Cut into wedges and serve
  12. Topping each piece with a dollop of whipped topping
