  1. Soften gelatin in 1 / 4 cup water for 5 minutes
  2. Melt chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener
  3. Add milk and water slowly
  4. Add gelatin
  5. Stir until dissolved
  6. Remove from fire
  7. Add vanilla
  8. Cool
  9. When mixture begins to thicken
  10. Add nuts
  11. Turn into cold pan
  12. When firm cut into pieces
