  1. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray
  2. Set aside
  3. In a large mixing bowl
  4. Beat the margarine with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds
  5. Add the brown sugar
  6. Baking soda
  7. Ginger
  8. And 1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  9. Beat until combined
  10. Beat in eggbeaters and molasses
  11. Beat in as much of the all-purpose and whole wheat flour as you can with the mixer
  12. Stir in any remaining flour with a wooden spoon
  13. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour
  14. Shape dough into 1-inch balls
  15. Combine the granulated splenda and 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  16. Roll balls in splenda-cinnamon mixture
  17. Place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet
  18. Bake in a preheated 350f oven for 10 to 11 minutes or until set and tops are cracked
  19. Remove from cookie sheet
  20. Cool on a wire rack
  21. Makes about 4 dozen
